At Mont Marte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your art supplies don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
